Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of failing to pay 'meaningful' child support

Earlier this summer, a document surfaced that showed the judge in their divorce case ordered Jolie to allow their six children to spend more time with Pitt.

According to an NBC News report, Jolie will now force Pitt to pay the child support, however, the two-page file does not define what constitutes as "meaningful support".

"Jolie's attorney, Samantha Bley DeJean, wrote in the brief, "[Pitt] has a duty to pay child support.

Meanwhile, a second source tells ET, "Brad always fulfills his commitments" when it comes to his children.

'The top producers are hoping to persuade her to reconsider so they can get things moving, but there are also contingency plans being considered to keep things on track'.

In the court documents obtained by Access on Monday, Angelina requested a case management conference to address the lack of child support paid by Pitt.

The arrangement for child support was allegedly informal, per the TMZ report, but Jolie claims that Pitt has not even lived up to those informal expectations.
