Cassandra Damper, 25 (pictured), can be seen in a Facebook Live video playing with a gun seconds before Devyn Holmes, 26, was accidentally shot in the head.

A woman presumed to be a family member (likely a cousin), Dekenia Thats'my-Attitude Mcneal, also went off on people sharing the video on Holmes' shooting.

Police said Holmes, 26, was in the auto with Damper, 25, and another man, when the woman began pointing the gun at the camera.

The shooting was reported about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a Valero gas station at Almeda Road and Southmore Boulevard. The man who is sitting in the back seat places a gun on the car's armrest, before Damper pulls out another gun and waves it in front of the phone camera. She's heard telling Holmes 'Say something, bitch.' After that, the gun goes off, hitting Holmes in the head.

"It ain't got no clip, bud", the other man responded.

'Where you from again?' Holmes asks Damper points the gun at him and says, 'Say something, b***h'.

The 26-year-old man slumped over on his side and blood began pouring out of his head. Upon being questioned by police officers investigating the incident, Demper admitted that she was unaware the gun was loaded at the time. Demper has been charged with tampering or fabricating with evidence after she tried to wipe off the gun residue on her hands.

The unidentified male passenger in the auto has not been charged.

According to the New York Post, police said more charges could be forthcoming. Holmes remains in critical condition at Ben Taub Hospital, Newsweek reports.
