So huge in fact that less than 72 hours after the show's first episode in nearly 11 years, the family sitcom has already been picked up for another season.

"We're thrilled that America has welcomed the Conner family back into their homes", Channing Dungey, president of ABC Entertainment, says in a statement.

TMZ did some digging, and we found out the Conners' couch went to a production warehouse after the show went off the air in 1997. and it remained there for years until a show honcho bought it. The renewal will mark the 11 overall season of Roseanne.

Stephen Colbert on his "Late Show" noted Thursday night that another Trump-related program got bigger ratings this week.

Barr, 65, tweeted her excitement following the news.
