Derrick Rose to sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves

Derrick Rose #1 of the Cleveland Cavaliers dribbles the ball against the Washington Wizards at Capital One Arena on November 3, 2017 in Washington, DC.

According to ESPN reporter Adrian Wojnarowski, Rose is signing with the Wolves for the rest of the season.

Former league MVP Derrick Rose is all set to reunite with this head coach Tom Thibodeau as reports suggest, he is to sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Jones and Rose are not very effective when playing off the ball offensively, and while Teague can be - which helps when playing alongside a healthy Jimmy Butler - taking the ball out of his hands heightens his weakness (namely, individual and team defense) while mitigating his strengths. In Cleveland this season, Rose stepped away from the Cavaliers for almost two weeks while dealing with a personal issue.

It's fair to wonder how much Rose can help a team that had only 15 games remaining after Thursday.

Leicester's Riyad Mahrez: Joining Man City would have been 'a good move'
Everything is very good. "When the team-mates and the club were behind me it was OK, it was very easy to come back here". Leicester City have confirmed Riyad Mahrez's Facebook account was hacked after a post emerged announcing his retirement.

Ross Taylor's heroic 181 helps New Zealand defeat England
Before Taylor's brilliance, New Zealand had mostly been poor and a ninth loss in their past 11 games was on the cards. His first four balls were smashed for 15 runs to leave the Black Caps needing a run a ball from the final six overs.

Google's New YouTube Stories feature Now Allows Users to Change the Background
One thing is for sure: Google's dry explanation for the new tech belies the fun possibilities it creates. This app is rather similar to apps like Snapchat and Instagram , in terms of function.

Thibodeau coached Rose for five seasons in Chicago, guiding the point guard to an MVP season in 2010-11 - their first campaign together. He played only 16 games (starting 7), due to ankle and knee issues, averaging 9.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists. I think he's seen a lot of different things, he's familiar with what we're doing, he's played with some of the guys we have.

Rose has been without a team ever since he was waived by the Jazz on February 10, two days after a deadline-day trade with the Cavs.

"He was the best player in training camp", Wade said, noting that LeBron James was hurt for most of Cavs camp last fall. "I just want to win and help this team and franchise win". I'm not a selfish player.

In total, Rose has averaged 19 points/game over his career.
