The cops on the scene told Buress he was under arrest for "trespassing", but an MPD spokesperson and court records show he was actually booked on disorderly intoxication charges. Instead, he was hit with a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication.

In cell phone footage of the encounter, Buress can be seen refusing to get into a Miami police vehicle while handcuffed.

According to the Miami Herald, Buress posted bond early Sunday morning and was released.

An officer can be heard telling Buress that he is being detained for trespassing. "You know y'all look goofy as f*ck".
