Tyrese Gibson Threatens to Quit 'Fast & Furious' Franchise Over Dwayne Johnson

Tyrese has once again revived his on-going, one-sided feud with costar, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and claims that if The Rock is in the next Fast and Furious film, he won't be a part of it.

"Please don't take my baby!" he cried.

In a recent Instagram post, Tyrese admitted that he's "swimming in legal fees" fighting to see his daughter after his ex-wife accused him of physically abusing Shayla. Don't take my baby, ok?

Gibson is also very upset at not being allowed to see his 10-year-old daughter Shayla and posted a highly emotional video online in which begs for help with the custody battle. I just want my baby and no one's listening cause no one's in the court room... "I don't hate you Norma".

Body language: Tyrese pointed out that Diesel is horsing around with him, and not The Rock, in this shot he posted. The Blast cited sources that said Gibson almost reached an agreement for the abuse case but he wouldn't settle. Gibson joined the Fast & Furious franchise with the second film, 2003's 2 Fast 2 Furious, playing Pearce, a childhood friend of Brian Walker (played by the late Paul Walker).

Comments on Gibson's post were overwhelmingly critical about his speaking out.

"You mess with family and my daughter's survival, I mess with yours", he wrote, "Spin off huh?"

Without specifying the nature of his complaints, Gibson then went on to call Johnson a number of names with "clown" being the main printable term. "Spin off these nuts selfish champ. pause notice who's got his arms around my shoulder and who's standing alone - #OurChildrenMatter".
