Chicago police said that they are aware and investigating a TMZ report saying that Stephen Paddock, the Las Vegas mass shooter, booked a hotel room facing the Lollapalooza concert this past summer.

TMZ acquired a screenshot of a booking confirmation for Stephen Paddock at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago, located across the street from the venue, Grant Park. He booked a second room August 3.
